The methodology:

The first phase of the retreat is to release mental clutter, emotions and things that don’t serve you anymore to achieve a higher quality of life, bring clarity and inner peace. 
The second phase is about transformation and to design what you want for yourself. In this phase we will work on your life vision and we will give you the tools to help you transform into the best version of yourself!

Along the retreat, we combine individual and collective therapy sessions and collective workshop and activities.

It is an holistic retreat where we take into account not only the mind but also the body and soul. 
Our objective is to free you from what doesn't serve you anymore, it can be about the mind with emotions, mental clutters, but also about your body and your energy.

This is why we combine Detox of the mind, body and energy to help you achieve greater results. As everything is linked and an improvement in one area will most likely have a positive effect on the other, so by combining the 3, we will more than triple the positive effects.

On top of the individual and collective sessions, we will have a Workshop each day that combines knowledge from various practices to work on a specific topic and to give you all the tools possible for an optimum detox and transformation.

Is going to the beach part of the planning?

Yes, absolutely we are close to the beach and we did organise the retreat to have plenty of time at the beach to enjoy the beautiful beach of Portugal.

The beautiful beach will for sure help you disconnect and reconnect with yourself. 
Being at only 7 mins by car from one of the most beautiful beach of Portugal, we will have plenty of time at the beach, we will also be able to do some of the exercises on the beach.

We have also planned a special day where we will take you on a hike and then to one of Europe top paradisiacal beach (with clear blue water). 
During, this special day, we will work on constructing what corresponds you, we will share with you NLP techniques and framework to work on your life vision and on your plan for what you want and what truly resonate deep inside of you. Once, you will have taken enough time to think about your life vision, we will strengthen your transformation with Hypnotherapy to help you become the best version of yourself.

Where is the retreat happening?

The retreat is happening in Portugal in Caparica, the south coast of Lisbon. We are in a privileged locations, at 7 mins from one a most beautiful beach of Portugal, still very natural, with plenty of space. We are 25 mins from the airport and 20 mins from Lisbon. 
The retreat center is situated in a quiet and residential neighbourhood. 
The pleasant accommodation has many private bedrooms and shared twin rooms, it has terrace and a garden with salt water swimming pool and beautiful fruit trees. You will have all the equipment to enjoy a nice stay, with space to relax. You will probably have a chance to pet the cat that passes through the garden.
We have a dedicated room for individual and collective therapies on the flat next door and plenty of space in the garden for activities.

How is the accommodation?

You will have the choice to have your own private double room or to have your own private single room. You can also book your private double room with private bathroom. There is also the option to share a twin room in a room that accommodate 2 persons.
You will also have access to a kitchen and to a relaxing area with sofa. The villa has wifi (fiber). Bed linens, towels are all provided.

We will provide 3 tasty vegetarian meals for each full day (see details in schedule). The meals are created with healthy and natural food. They are created by a chef specialized in vegetarian dishes. We will do our best to provide meals that are tasty, healthy and that you will enjoy. All the meals will be vegetarian. If you have any specific requests for the diet, please check with us beforehand to make sure we can cater for the specific request.
